“I have decided to stick to love...Hate is too great a burden to bear.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.,

HeartMath Institute

The HeartMath Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people reduce stress, build resilience, and improve emotional well-being. Since 1991, we’ve combined science and heart-based tools to create easy-to-use techniques and technology that support mental, emotional, and physical health.

Through research, education, and training, we empower individuals, schools, businesses, and communities to live with more clarity, balance, and compassion. Our methods are grounded in science and focus on the powerful connection between the heart and the brain.

Explore how the wisdom of the heart can guide you to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

HeartLoveWave365 is a workshop based program that teaches heart and brain coherence methodologies to create a calmer state of being in participants and communities.

The workshop includes an overview of the science studied by physicists at the HeartMath Institute. The HeartMath Institute has been studying heart and brain coherence for over three decades. The program features a guided heart-brain coherence centering activity using focused breath work, followed by a creative art session where participants express heartfelt sentiments by painting a symbolic heart "totem."

HeartLoveWave365 workshops are based on the HeartMath institute's methodologies for building personal resilience coursework (BPR).
